Season’s Greetings from UBC Library

In 2018, I reimagined and produced the University Librarian’s Seasonal Card. Working closely with the Director of Communications, I created an animated video featuring the various library branches located in UBC Vancouver campus.

Historically, the University Librarian’s Seasonal Card was sent to various donors, colleagues, international and local contacts, among others, via newsletter.

The newsletter often contained an image and a message from the University Librarian.

In 2018, I was the creative lead and produced the animated video. Rather than illustrating one library, we wanted to ensure that all libraries were represented equally.

Being inspired by accordion postcards, I illustrated all the UBC Vancouver campus library branches individually and tied them into a bow, adding hot chocolate on the side.
